RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS
To book a return, kindly email us at hello@lujeco.com with your order number as the subject and we'll be happy to help. All products should be returned within 7 days after delivery.
Returned items must be properly packed. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file. Store credits can only be issued after the returned products have passed a quality control check.
Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return upon arriving at our warehouse.
REFUNDS
We do not offer cash refunds. We offer store credit.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item(s) for store credit and place a new order.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are FINAL SALE, there will be No Returns or Exchanges for all items purchased on sale.
FAULTY ITEMS
Any complaints about faulty products must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
RETURN COSTS
All customers willing to return items are responsible for return shipping fees. Kindly pay all applicable customs fees when sending out your return as we're unable to do so for you.
BESPOKE
Please note that bespoke Luje products made to order are not refundable, except if faulty.
